Biography:
His unique background in history and psychology allows
Gerry Owen to help you untangle ethical challenges and create tools that
stick for those tough and challenging moments.
Professionally, he draws from the wisdom of psychology
and history, having studied many cultures during his 35 years as college
teacher of history and sociology. As a marriage, family therapist for 20
years, he has helped many resolve personal and ethical challenges.
Personally, he is a husband, father, grandfather, wood carver, teacher and
student.
Clarifying complicated topics and providing practical
tools combine with compassion and warmth to provide an interesting,
informative and useful presentation
Credentials:
Master of Arts in History from U.C.L.A., Master of Science in
Counseling from C.S.U. Fullerton. Marriage. Family Therapist (M.F.T.)
license California. Professor Emeritus at Fullerton College. Private
therapy practice in Brea and Santa Monica.
